Start with your plate

Three steps, then it fades into the background.

Look closer at what you eat. Your goals, your pantry and your plan, in one calm place.

  1. Scan

Point your camera at any meal or barcode. Get an estimated breakdown of calories and macros in seconds, private to you.

  2. Understand

See how today fits the goals you set, and notice how your meals make you feel. Numbers optional, never shaming.

  3. Improve

Small changes you can keep. Plan the week, build the grocery list, and let Fridge to Fork turn what you have into dinner.

“We built OwnBite because reading a nutrition label shouldn’t require a chemistry degree, and tracking what you eat shouldn’t feel like homework. Point your camera at the plate. See what’s really on it. Move on with your day: the rest is our job.”

Versions

One recipe. Many kitchens.

Everyone who cooks it can add their version: a photo, one line and the swap they made. They gather under the recipe like notes in the margin of a family cookbook.

Read how it works
Do I need an account to read recipes?

No. Every public recipe, cook's page and challenge is open to read. An account lets you save, plan, cook along and post your version.

Will OwnBite show my calories or weight?

No. Public pages never show calories, weight or nutrient targets. Nutrition numbers are off by default, private to you, and labelled as estimates if you turn them on.

What is a version?

When you cook a recipe, you can add a photo, one line and the swap you made. Versions gather under the recipe, credited to you, so the next cook learns from your kitchen.

Is my food diary public?

Never. Your diary, scans and allergy list stay private. Nothing from them is ever posted.

What does it cost?

Sharing, cooking and the community are free, always. Premium and Plus only add more AI food scans, recipe ideas and coach messages each day. See Pricing for details.

What is Continue with Olyron?

One sign-in across the OLYRON family of apps. OwnBite stays its own app, and nothing from other OLYRON apps appears on your posts.
