Own your bite.
Food first. Numbers optional. Nobody gets shamed.
The recipe is the social object
On OwnBite the thing you share is the recipe, not a number. Every recipe is a page anyone can read without an account. Everyone who cooks it can add a version: a photo, one line and the swap they made. Versions build up under the recipe the way notes collect in the margins of a family cookbook.
A cook's headline number is Cooked by others: how many kitchens actually made their food. Not likes.
Nobody gets shamed
Public pages never show calories, weight or nutrient targets unless the cook chooses to. There are no calorie leaderboards and no “good” or “bad” food colours. Challenges are about the food, never the scale. Report and block are one tap away everywhere, and reports about disordered eating go to the front of the queue. Read the community guidelines.
Your kitchen stays yours
Your diary, scans and allergy list are private and never posted. We never sell your data. OwnBite is its own app and part of the OLYRON family; nothing from other OLYRON apps appears on your posts.
